Guaranteed care
Medicare for All
El-Sayed supports automatic health coverage for every American, without premiums, copays, or deductibles.
Do I truly believe Medicare for All is viable? I KNOW it is.
WHAT HE HAS SAID
- Would push to expand Medicare to cover necessary care plus vision, dental, and hearing for every American from cradle to grave, without premiums, copays, or deductibles.
- Coverage would be automatic and accepted everywhere. Union or employer plans could still exist, though Medicare for All should make them unnecessary.
- Would work to abolish medical debt for every American, as he did for more than 300,000 Michiganders in Wayne County.
- Would work to repeal the health care cuts in the “One Big Beautiful Bill” Act, and draws a hard line against privatizing Medicare, cutting Medicaid, or gutting the ACA market.
- Says no insurance company should get to use AI to overrule your doctor.
